Since 1999, AmeriSpec Inspection Services of Central East Ontario has provided professional home inspections to home buyers, home sellers and real estate professionals in Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Port Hope/Cobourg, Belleville, Kingston and Cornwall.

Reg began inspecting homes in 2009 and is a member in good standing (Associate Status) of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). He earned his Home Inspection Certificate at Durham College and brings with him a background in residential construction, manufacturing and customer service. Reg is also certified by WETT, Inc.  as a SITE Basic Inspector and is able to complete Level 1 inspections of wood burning stoves, inserts and pellet stoves, usually for insurance purposes.

Reg is also a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) providing Infrared ancillary services. This helps identify heat loss/energy deficiencies, moisture/leak detection, electrical hazards and pest/rodent infiltration.
