Your Home Inspector 2020, Andrew Dixon is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI), a veteran of 29 years in the home inspection profession and a Level One Thermographer. He is a two-time Past President of the OAHI and has served on numerous committees. He is currently Chair of the OAHI Education Conference Committee.

Andrew operates Your Home Inspector 2020 servicing the eastern & northern sections of the Greater Toronto Area.  YHI2020 is based in Bowmanville in the Durhan Region. YHI2020 offers traditional through advanced inspection services including purchase and pre-list inspections, IR scans/thermal imaging, mold sampling, renovation consultation and, NEW in summer 2023, pool inspections.

Andrew is available for mentoring services to aspiring inspectors.
