COVID-19 and the 2022 OAHI Education Conference
The next OAHI Education Conference will take place Feb. 25 to 27, 2022 in Burlington. As Burlington is in Halton Region, OAHI and the Conference will operate under and adhere to directives from the Halton Region Public Health, plus the provincial and federal governments regarding COVID-19. We all want to have a fun and safe conference.
Public Health protocols are designed to keep everyone safe. Your registration and presence— in any capacity— at the 2022 OAHI Education Conference and its related events, outings, venues/site implies that you agree to follow these guidelines dutifully and respectfully. Non-compliance may lead to you being asked to leave, in which case there will be no refunds.
Proof of Vaccination
In order to attend the conference, all participants at the 2022 OAHI Education Conference must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and proof of identification as directed by the Province. The last day to receive the second shot of either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine is Feb. 10, 2022.
Contact Tracing
Organizers of the OAHI Education Conference have always had all participants sign-in at the registration desk no matter how long their stay. Now, proof of identification will be required. Please take your photo ID, e.g. your driver’s licence, to the conference and have it with you at all times.
Cleaning
In addition, OAHI and the hotel will have more hand sanitizer around and will be cleaning high touch points regularly. We encourage you to bring your own pocket size bottle of sanitizer as well and to clean your hands frequently.

Conference Participant Health Pledge
OAHI asks that you not attend the 2022 OAHI Education Conference if any of the follow conditions applies to you or anyone in your household:
1.Within 14 days (Feb. 10, 2022 onward) of attending the conference, you or someone close to you has tested positive for COVID-19.
2. Within 14 days (Feb. 10, 2022 onward) of attending the conference you or anyone in your household has travelled to an area subject to travel or quarantine advisory by any level of government.
Registration Fees: In Canadian dollars – All inclusive registration package includes: welcome reception (Friday), exhibitor area, education sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, four coffee breaks, and the mentorship cafe. Your package includes one meal package per day. Additional meal packages cost $125. Fees include pipe and drape, table, chairs, and skirting.
Spouses/guests: Please contact oahi@oahi.com with your guest's first and last name. Guests who participate in the conference: meals, reception, education sessions, must have an OAHI Education Conference issued name badge. As an exhibitor, the fee for this is $125 if they help staff your booth.
Fees are due in full within 30 days of registration.
Promotion of your business online, in the program book etc. will not be done until fees are paid in full. You can pay online or contact the office: 416-256-0960. Do not email credit card information.
Booth applications will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Logos are due no later than Jan. 6, 2022 to ensure inclusion in the program book. Contact conference@oahi.com. Registration fees must be paid in full.
To increase your exposure with sponsorship and logoed swag, contact us. Combined exhibitor and sponsorship packages are available for a reduced price.
Conference delegates love prizes. Let OAHI know in advance what you will donate and we can arrange to have you present the prize(s) during the conference. We will promote your donation of a prize(s) in advance. Please make sure your business card is attached to the prize. If you can, include a photo of the prize.

Call the hotel's toll-free reservation line at 905-639-4443 and ask for reservations. In order to receive the group rate, the caller must ask for OAHI 2022, Group Code: OAH.
The rate will be held until Feb. 2, 2022.
Hotel check in is at 3 pm and check out at noon. Early check in can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. All requests can be made at the time of reservation.
Each individual will be responsible to guarantee their reservation with a credit card.
