Registration Fees: In Canadian dollars – All inclusive registration package includes: pipe and drape, table, skirting and meal package(s), welcome reception (Friday), exhibitor area, education sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, four coffee breaks, pipe and drape, table, skirting. Your package includes one meal package per day. Additional meal packages cost $125.
Additional reps: Please contact oahi@oahi.com and conference@oahi.com with your guest's first and last name. Guests who participate in the conference: meals, reception, education sessions, must have an OAHI Education Conference issued name badge. As an exhibitor, the fee for this is $125 if they help staff your booth, if they are not staffing your booth, the fee is $149.
Fees are due in full within 30 days of registration.
Promotion of your business online, in the program book etc. will not be done until fees are paid in full. You can pay online or contact the office: 416-256-0960. Do not email credit card information.
Booth applications will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Logos are due no later than Jan. 22, 2023 to ensure inclusion in the program book. Contact conference@oahi.com. Registration fees must be paid in full.
To increase your exposure with sponsorship and logoed swag, contact us. Combined exhibitor and sponsorship packages are available for a reduced price.
Our delegates love prizes. Let OAHI know in advance what you will donate and we can arrange to have you present the prize(s) during the conference. We will promote your donation of a prize(s) in advance. Please make sure your business card is attached to the prize. If you can, include a photo of the prize.

This application will not be considered binding until the Exhibitor agrees in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Show Organizers (OAHI) and the hotel (Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel and Conference Centre).
